The Intervention Library

If you sell it, it’s probably in here.

iXG maintains an evidence library covering 134 interventions across six categories — almost exactly a longevity clinic’s menu. This page exists to prove the Recommend step isn’t improvised.

THE SERVICE YOU ALREADY SELL

THE PUBLISHED RESEARCH BEHIND IT

THE SIGNAL IT SHOULD MOVE

YOUR CLIENT WATCHING IT MOVE ON RETEST

A client doesn’t follow a citation. They follow a number that moves. This is what turns one into the other.

Six categories. 142 interventions.

Rooted in Peer Review

Every recommendation traces back to published, peer-reviewed research — each one tied to a specific paper, findable by anyone who asks.

Every claim is graded on how strong that evidence actually is, and the grades are independently checked against the papers themselves.

Nothing gets recommended on plausibility. If the research isn't there, it doesn't go in.

What We Don’t Claim

The list of what didn’t work is why the rest means anything.

  • There's a documented list of therapies iXG researched and could not support — 21 of them, including several the company could have quietly claimed: sauna and passive heat, breathwork, meditation, cold plunge, nature exposure, curcumin, and CBD.
  • Studies that found no effect stay in the library recorded as no effect. They aren't deleted.
  • Every claim carries an explicit note on what may NOT be said from it.
  • Claims get demoted and references get pulled when re-checking says they should.

Every clinic says evidence-based. This is what it looks like when it’s true.
